2023 Cantine Bonelli il Sogno ch' io vorrei Trebbianino Val Trebbia Germany creating that beautiful salmon hueThe name might be a mouthful, so we just call it Sogno (sone yo). Its the signature wine of Cantine Bonelli, our new producer in Italys Emilia Romagna. It is made from mostly Ortrugo (60%) and Malvasia di Candia Aromatica (30%), made using the Charmat process for at least 3 months giving it a lightly carbonated texture. Its fruity and expressive, though it is not sweet. Its a great apritif or party wine.
