1857 C. H. SPURGEON. Beautifully Preserved, Hand-Painted Stereoview of a Very Young Spurgeon! Americana who was afraid it wouldThis is the finest example of this very early stereoview photograph of a young C. H. Spurgeon we have ever handled. Crisply preserved, the left being slightly more crisp than the right, and hand tinted. Spurgeon here must be about 23 years old, seen with his Scripture nested on his "preaching pillow," and just very crisply preserved in its sepia and pink tones. Attractively labeled with a black letterpress label on the rear. Very, very minor wear.
