Parker Beam, the sixth generation Master Distiller at Heaven Hill, personally selected 10 year old barrels of Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey to transfer into Limousin oak casks that had previously held Grande Champagne Cognac. After about six months of time in the cognac casks, Beam determined that the whiskey was mature enough to be bottled. A true and rare delight.
