Honey Linden Local HoneyLocal Linden honey is harvested from our hard working Pennsylvania honeybees. Linden include flowers from May through June, we do not heat pasteurized or ultra filter our honey, so all the good local pollen and propolis is still remain. Note: Because we do not filter or heat treat, natural honey may crystalize solidify quickly, so place in a pan of hot water to liquefy.
