Unique off the shoulder ruffle wraps around the upper arm to the back and there are straps that go over the shoulder to hold the dress on. Cute and flattering A line shape is trimmed with white cord and cute mod flower white buttons. The dress overlaps across the front and all the buttons are sewn down and the dress is open from the last button down to the hemline. The dress actually zips up the back. Fabric
