If you’ve wandered the grounds at the State Fair of Texas

I was on a church retreat with my daughter and I woke up early and couldn’t go back to sleep

to fight and not to heed the wounds

My kids were out of school for Spring Break

I love getting to continue to make fun memories with my kids there

This reminds me that as I’ve gotten to know God more and more throughout my life

You can see it’s kind of wild with the paint splatters through the sky and in the water

and He knows us intimately
